Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy to add them to your basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and submit the details that we need to be able to satisfy the order
If you have a promo code please click the tab "enter promotion code" which can be found in your basket. You will then be asked to submit your 4 digit code. Please note it will not work for any Delkim products as we are not allowed to discount them. Promo codes are also invalid for any products which have already been discounted, i.e. products appearing on the Clearance List and products already on Special Offer.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. If preferred you may ring the shop directly, and place your order over the phone (however promo codes are only valid for orders placed online). Card details will be taken accordingly over the phone, once we have confirmed availability.
Shipping And Handling
When you place an order, you will be asked to select your location shipping option. Please select 1 = UK, 2 = Europe, 3 = North America. For customers outside of these regions, please e-mail your requirements for an accurate quotation
For UK Customers we aim to despatch all orders on the same day if we receive the order before 12noon, subject to availability. Orders (depending on value and size) are sent using a combination of various Royal Mail Services and The APC Network. When you place an order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation with shipping details. If we are using The APC Network for your shipment, we will confirm what day delivery will be made on our Order Confirmation and would appreciate somebody being available on that day to take delivery. Please let us know as soon as possible if the confirmed date of delivery needs to be revised. Orders are delivered to the cardholders address only. Our Shipping and Handling charges are as follows.

For Export Customers we aim to despatch goods within 1 working day, subject to availability. When you place an order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation with details of the method of shipment and when you can expect delivery. The export shipping and handling rates highlighted below, cover 90% of shipments. Delivery Schedule
Subject to availability, orders for the UK are shipped same day (if received by 12 noon), or next business day (if received after 12 noon ). Export Orders are shipped within 1 working day.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If you decide to cancel, any money taken from your card will be refunded immediately.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included on our prices where it is applicable. North American customers please be aware that you can claim a tax rebate at your local tax office, for all products purchased from Ashford Tackle which include Sales Tax.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. The check out pages are stored on a secure https server.
